Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

We love our products and we are sure you will too!

However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly accept your items for exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • Any item that is returned more than 40 days after date of purchase cannot be refunded nor exchanged.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 'support@bohobest.com'.

What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, nor smells
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not because of our error
  • Gift Cards

The item I received is damaged!

  • If the purchased product is faulty or damaged, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
  • We will issue a refund on items damaged in transit ONLY if we are unable to replace that item.
  • We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not offer refunds for items confiscated by your local customs.
  • No further refunds or exchanges are possible after the first exchange.
  • If you need to return an item because of damage by the shipper, please email us at support(at)GalaxyCycleGear.com, including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost.

Can the items be exchanged?

  • We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants.
  • Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • It is the buyers responsibility to check with their local customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email.
  • We will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
