GalaxyCycleGear.com is committed to the satisfaction of every customer and we guarantee efficient and quality service for our clients.

We are here to answer any questions you many have about our products, changes in your order or shipments.

WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM?
Most of our products are sourced from vendors in Asia. This is how we can offer competitive pricing. Shipping times will vary and orders may come in separate packages. Our products are shipped from the UK, Europe, Asia and the US.

Packages are not insured, please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Standard Shipping is $5.95 but FREE on all orders over $49.  

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Shipping times are generally as follows:

                      Domestic:        12 to 18 working days from dispatch
                      International:   18 to 24 working days from dispatch

  

HAS MY PRODUCT SHIPPED? 

All customers should have received an email confirming your order, followed by an email giving you a Tracking Number. This may take 24 hours or up to 7 days (holidays pending), then you can track your product for a more accurate date. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Under the Support tab is a link to our Shipping Tracker. Select Track your Order

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT OR THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?
In either case we apologize for the inconvenience you may have experienced. We are using a 3rd party shipping company to package and ship our merchandise. Please submit a RETURNS form and follow the directions. We can either issue a refund or dispatch the correct or new, undamaged product.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?
We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Please contact your local Post Office with your tracking number/s available.  

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once you place an order with us and your payment is received, our fulfillment center is automatically notified. We are only able to cancel your order, if the fulfillment center has not yet processed and shipped your product to the listed address.

Once your order has already been shipped, GalaxyCycleGear.com will be unable to cancel your order, nor change the delivery address you gave when ordering.

But once you received your order and you wish to return it, please fill out a RETURNS Form and follow the Refund Policy.  

WHAT IF I GAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS?
You, the customer, are responsible for providing us the correct mailing address. GalaxyCycleGear.com is NOT RESPONSIBLE for items that have been mailed to the provided address, if that mailing address was entered incorrectly by you, the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, GalaxyCycleGear.com will be unable to change the delivery address you gave when ordering.

We will try to track the order if it was returned to sender. Not all packages that are mailed to incorrectly provided addresses are returned. These packages are considered LOST or STOLEN after being delivered.

GalaxyCycleGear.com is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages once delivered. Please contact your local Post Office and provide them with your tracking number/s for further assistance.

HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?
In order to process a refund, please find the REFUND tab at the bottom lower right side of our website. When you click this tab, you enter your order number and email address. You will be taken to the refund processing page.

HOW CAN I LEAVE A REVIEW ON YOUR SITE? 
Most of our products have a place for a review at the bottom of the page. Look up a product and select it. Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your Review or Comment. Or you can contact us on our CONTACT US page.
