Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

  • Please allow 3-7 days for order processing. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
  • Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders over $49.

  • Shipping times are as follows:
                      Domestic:        10 to 18 working days from dispatch.
                      International:   14 to 24 working days from dispatch.
  • Because of high demand for some of our products, such as custom-made items, delivery times may sometimes take longer than expected.
  • We do everything we can to deliver your products to your door as soon as possible.
Please note: 
  • We ship from warehouses in the US, Europe and Asia. The delivery time is for reference only. The actual delivery time may vary depending on your geographic location and how long it takes to clear local customs. Orders may arrive in separate packages. 

  • You, the customer, are responsible for providing GalaxyCycleGear.com the correct mailing address. GalaxyCycleGear.com is NOT responsible for items that have been mailed to the provided address, if you, the customer entered incorrectly that mailing address.
  • We will try to track the product if it was returned to sender. However, not all packages that are mailed to incorrectly provided addresses are returned. These packages are considered LOST or STOLEN after being delivered.

  • GalaxyCycleGear.com is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages once delivered. Please contact your local Post Office and provide them with your tracking number/s for further assistance.
  • Packages are not insured, so make sure you are shipping to a secure location.

  • If you do not receive your package within 28 days, please contact our customer service at support(at)GalaxyCycleGear.com.

We currently deliver to all countries except the following:

  • North Korea
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • Russia
  • Lebanon
  • Libia
What about duties & customs charges?

GalaxyCycleGear.com is NOT RESPONSIBLE for duty and customs charges incurred on your package. The total amount of payment does not include any duties and customs charges to clear your custom. Duty and customs charges vary from country to country and it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the fees and charges from your customs.

If the buyer rejects the package because of the duties and customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return postage to receive a refund. If the buyer chooses to refuse and abandon the order, we cannot provide a refund.
